Pack & Go Moving
Step-by-Step Moving Process & How We Load the Truck
From arrival to final loading — here is exactly how a professional moving process works and how we safely load your truck.
Before Arrival: Communication Matters
On the day of your move, communication starts early.
- You will receive a notification about your arrival window
- The foreman will call you 20–30 minutes before arrival
- The team will confirm they are on the way
This helps you prepare and ensures everything is ready before movers arrive.
Arrival & Walkthrough
Once the team arrives, the first step is a walkthrough.
- You show all items that need to be moved
- The foreman evaluates the volume and conditions
- Stairs, elevators, parking, and special items are reviewed
After that, the foreman will briefly explain how the move will be done.
Before Work Starts: Agreement Confirmation
Before loading begins, you will sign the contract confirming:
- The team has arrived
- The move has started
- You agree with the service
How We Load the Truck (Professional Order)
Loading is not random. There is a specific system that ensures safety, efficiency, and protection of your belongings.
1. Boxes First
All boxes are loaded first to create a stable base inside the truck.
2. Square Furniture
Dressers, cabinets, and stackable items are loaded next to maximize space.
3. Flat Items
Mattresses, bed frames, and table tops are placed after that.
4. Irregular Items
Sofas, grills, and large нестандартные предметы are loaded last.
5. Fragile Items
TVs and delicate items are secured on the sides of the truck at the end.
Why Strapping Is Important
During transportation, items can shift even by a few centimeters. That is enough to cause damage.
That’s why we secure every stage of loading:
- Boxes are strapped separately
- Furniture is strapped separately
- Mattresses and flat items are secured
Straps prevent movement, shaking, and damage during transportation.
During the Move: Breaks & Work Time
If your move lasts all day, the team may take a lunch break.
- Usually between 12 PM – 2 PM
- 30 minutes to 1 hour
This allows the team to stay efficient and maintain high performance throughout the job.
Work Time Limits
For safety and quality reasons, our team does not work unlimited hours.
- Maximum 12 hours per day per project
- No overnight moves (no 1 AM or 2 AM work)
If the job is not completed within the day, it will be scheduled for the next available day.
Why This System Works
This process is designed to:
- Protect your belongings
- Maximize truck space
- Reduce moving time
- Prevent damage
- Keep the process organized
